This essentially prevents both of the convicted miscreants from working with another pharmaceutical company. Both men have sued to overturn the Health and Human Services department’s decision.

The Purdue marketing team systematically lied about the addiction and dangers of OxyContin for three years and the former executives are going to the courts to “argue in their complaint that not only have they done nothing wrong, but that it was all everybody else’s fault”.
The national news that Purdue Pharma is a part of and continually and masterfully attempts to deflect all criticism and misdeeds continues to amaze the radio show.
