Breaking the Silence

From the 11/22 Show - Trying to Save Our Government $700,000

It was recently reported that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced a funding opportunity to encourage research that will build the scientific base for the prevention of unintentional poisonings from drug overdoses in the adult population (ages 15 to 64 years).  The research agenda is to prevent unintentional overdose.   Two $350,000 research grants are available.   It is meant to engage professionals from a wide spectrum of disciplines in epidemiology, community medicine, pharmacology, biostatistics, public policy, public health law, justice, and behavioral and social sciences.

A total of $700,000 to research overdose deaths?  Every listener of the radio show knows the research is complete.  The drug companies are producing as much addictive products that they possibly can, the FDA is remaining silent, the DEA is not revealing the amount of production and distribution, the American Medical Association accepts advertising money from Purdue Pharma and has become complicit in the drug dealing,  the medical boards remain silent,  the pharmacy boards remain silent, the elected officials remain, the phony drug task groups in Florida remain silent, and The Partnership for a Drug Free America, the phoniest organization in our country, remains silent.  According to a recent Miami Herald article, in a six-month span, Broward county pain-clinic doctors in South Florida dispensed more than 9 million tablets of oxycodone.

On second thought, any listeners capable of helping the radio show apply for one of the $350,000 grants?  Would the CDC accept a submission that has a bias of using common sense to reach the conclusion of what is causing the unintentional poisonings in America?
